Where is my confirmation email? First, check your spam folder. Sometimes, especially on gmail, our emails end up there.

Where is my badge? Start by verifying it was actually shipped. Sometimes if we need more details from you, like a missing photo, those emails go to spam. Once you know it's shipped, check the tracking number with USPS. If you think it was lot in transit, reach out, and we'll try to help!

Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped yet. After they have been shipped, they are unable to be cancelled.

Can I customize the badge at all? Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it! Just add a note during checkout and be as specific as possible!

Can you print a special message on the back of the badge? Not right now, but we're working on adding that in the future!

Did your prices go up?! Yes, but we think there's a good reason. When we first started, we offered free shipping on all orders. This was easy because we could throw the badges in a basic envelope and ship it. But, this day in age, people expect fast shipping, with tracking. We started to offer multiple shipping options, and it ended up just being confusing! So we adjusted our price to include free shipping, with tracking, on all orders. We know it sucks, but we feel it was the best solution.
